As the jewel of the EMA House Hotel Collection, this serviced apartment project in Zürich Seefeld blends elegance with functionality. Completed in five months, the renovation transformed the serviced apartments with carefully curated interiors that reflect the character of the neighborhood while ensuring a comfortable, long-term stay for guests.
Inspired by the charm of Zürich Seefeld, the design integrates custom-made furniture and high-quality finishes to create a refined yet inviting atmosphere. Since structural changes were not possible, innovative solutions—such as headboards with integrated switches and outlets—were implemented to enhance usability without altering the existing electrical layout.
Designing serviced apartments for long-term stays required a balance of durability, adaptability, and style. With guests from diverse cultural backgrounds, the interiors were crafted to feel both familiar and welcoming.
